It all started when my friends Sandeep and Rakshith requested me to create a website for the people who wants to sell Eco friendly Vinyaka for the ceremony of Lord Ganesh which eventually turned out as our first business by the idea of why can't we become the game players in the selling as retailers, which is another story.
After our first business we started dusting our hands with different technologies from AI to 3D Printing. In fact we went to each and every school in Hyderabad and asked them to give us a chance where we can tell students about a new technology that will change the world - 3d prining. As India has a ground history of not encouraging it's youngsters into business it somehow effected us too.
But we never stopped, but the story would be pretty much different if one of the naysayers would have given us a chance,who knows that we wan't to start an online Grocery store.
After some days I saw an article in Forbes listing about an Entrepreneur who started his own company and making the big players uncomfortable with his new strategy. He is Apoorva Mehta,Founder of Instacart who started his career at Amazon and turned out be as an Entrepreneur which had a billion dollar market with in some couple of years.
Once Peter Theil said "For next twenty years the Asia will copy the west", no wonder what Flipkart to Ola did. Why can't we ? Yes we want to become The Instacart of India.
That thought to led us to do something, after few days we started an online grocery, The Giove.
